These, "Virginity" billboard are not actually virgin hot-lines, but actually a movie advertising scheme. An upcoming movie, The Virgininity Hit used this type of advertising to stir up media attention. Obviously when I first saw it, I didn't know; my reaction was more than a OMGWTFBBQ.
